OC/D Modifiers

Based on the NPD Modifiers here, and the Schizospec Modifiers here!

These are a set of modifiers for people with OCD, or people on the obsessive compulsive spectrum.
These are for self identification!

About

These modifiers are based on the OCD subtypes and open to hoarding. They're made to not only destigmatize people with OCD and OC Spectrum Disorders, but band them together and not just be the "cleaning disorder".

Self dxing is definitely alright, not everyone can get a diagnosis!

Terms

You don't have to identify with the full definition of a type to use it. Community made terms can be added if you'd like them to be!

FAQ

1. How many ND modifiers exist now?

From my understanding, there's 4;
Narchetypes, Schizospec Modifiers, ASPD Modifiers, and of course OCD Modifiers.

2. I have an obsessive compulsive spectrum disorder but not OCD, can I still use these?

Yes! This is open to anyone who identifies with them AND is on the OC spectrum. Some OC spectrum disorders on the wikipedia page might not seem like they should be part of the OC spectrum, so please use your own thoughts on if you think your version of the disorder fits!
OCPD also counts!

3. I don't have an OC spectrum disorder at all, can I still use them?

Nope! These are for people on the OC spectrum only, but there's probably going to be even more modifiers that will fit you better!

4. Can I make more modifiers for the OC Spectrum?

Yeah! If you want us to add them to the carrd (with credit of course!) then just add that onto wherever you coin them! You can also mention me @ocd-safe to make sure I see it.
